Iced Chocolate Strawberry Syrup
Ingredients:
1/4 oz Elvy’s Strawberry Syrup.
1/2 oz Natural Chocolate.
1 shot espresso.
Ice.
8 oz cold milk.
Directions:
Fill a 12 oz glass 3/4 full of ice. Cover ice with other ingredients. Mix well.

Banana Orange Slush
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons Elvy’s Vanilla Syrup.
5 tablespoons Elvy’s Orange Syrup.
2 cups ice.
1 banana, sliced.
Directions:
Combine ingredients in blender and blend on high speed for 15 to 30 seconds.
Yield:
One 16-ounce serving.
Blackberry Bash Tea
Ingredients:
1/2 oz Elvy’s Vanilla Syrup.
1/2 oz Elvy’s Blackberry Syrup.
Brewed black tea.
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a 12 oz cup. Mix well.

Brandy Eggnog Cocktail
Ingredients:
1/2 oz. Elvy’s Vanilla Syrup.
Ground nutmeg (garnish).
1 scoop crushed ice.
1 cup milk.
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except the nutmeg in a shaker. Pour into a glass. Sprinkle the nutmeg on top.

Cherry Vanilla Coke
Ingredients:
1/2 oz Elvy’s Vanilla Syrup.
1/2 oz Elvy’s Cherry Syrup.
Ice.
Coke.
Directions:
Fill a 16 oz glass 3/4 full of ice. Cover ice with coke and add syrup. Mix well.
Cherry Vanilla Yogurt Pops
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Elvy’s Vanilla Syrup.
1/2 cup fresh or frozen cherries, pitted.
1 cup low fat plain yogurt.
Directions:
Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into freezer pop molds and freeze until solid, about 3 hours.

Frozen Fuzzy Cocktail
Ingredients:
1/2 oz. Elvy’s Peach Syrup.
1 scoop crushed ice.
6 oz. fresh sqeezed orange juice.
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a shaker.

Ingredients:
1/2 oz Elvy’s Chocolate Syrup.
1/2 oz Elvy’s Caramel Syrup.
1 Shot Espresso.

Directions:
Combine ingredients in a 12 oz cup. Mix well

Caramel Apple Cider
Ingredients:
2/3 cup Elvy’s Caramel Syrup.
1/4 cup lemon juice.
1/3 cup dark rum (optional).
8 cups apple cider or apple juice.
2 cinnamon sticks.
8 allspice berries.
1 vanilla bean (split lengthwise, seeds scraped out and set aside) or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Directions:
In a non-reactive saucepan, combine the cider, cinnamon, allspice, vanilla (including seeds), syrup and lemon juice. Bring to a boil, lower heat to a simmer and cook 15 minutes. Stir in the liquor (optional) and serve warm. Serves eight.

Beach Street Cooler Cocktail
Ingredients:
1/2 oz. Elvy’s Blue Curacao Syrup.

1 Scoop Crushed Ice.
Directions:

Ingredients:
3/4 oz. Elvy’s Blue Curacao Syrup.
Lemon-lime soda.

Directions:
In a glass, stir together the syrup and several ice cubes.

Ingredients:

One packet Carnation vanilla instant breakfast.

Coconut Recipes
Almond and Coconut Italian Soda
Ingredients:
1/2 oz Elvy’s Coconut Syrup.
1 oz Elvy’s Chocolate Syrup.
1/2 oz Elvy’s Almond Syrup.
Ice sparkling water or club soda.
1 oz Half and Half (optional).
Directions:
Fill a 16 oz glass 3/4 full of ice. Cover ice with sparkling water and add other ingredients. Mix well.
Tip: Top with whipped cream if desired.

Almond and Coconut Milkshake
Ingredients:
1 oz Elvy’s Coconut Syrup.
1 oz Elvy’s Almond Syrup.
2 1/2 cups chocolate ice cream.
2 oz milk.
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a blender set on high speed and blend until smooth.
Yield:
one 16-ounce serving.
Coconut Almond Brownies
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons Elvy’s Coconut Syrup.
2 tablespoons Elvy’s Almond Syrup.
6 oz semi-sweet chocolate.
1/4 cup Da Vinci Gourmet Chocolate sauce.
1/4 pound (1 stick) unsalted butter.
2 large eggs.
1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
1/2 cup flour.
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom of 9 inch glass baking pan. Melt semi-sweet chocolate in a medium saucepan over low heat. Add chocolate sauce and remove from heat. Add butter, eggs, and vanilla and cream together. Stir in flour and syrup. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Remove from heat and cool on wire rack.
Yield:
20-25 brownies.
Coconut Cream Cappuccino
Ingredients:
1/4 oz Elvy’s Vanilla Syrup.
1/4 oz Elvy’s Coconut Syrup.
1 shot espresso.
Foamed milk.
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a 6 oz cup. Mix well.
Yield:
One 6-ounce serving.

Ingredients:
5 tablespoons Elvy’s Coconut Syrup.
4 tablespoons milk.
2 cups ice.
Directions:
Combine ingredients in blender and blend on high speed for 15 to 30 seconds.

4 tablespoons low-fat milk.

1/2 cup vanilla frozen yogurt.

Apple Teaberry Iced Tea
Ingredients:
2 oz Elvy’s Strawberry Syrup.
2 oz Elvy’s Raspberry Syrup.
2 oz Elvy’s Cherry Syrup.

1/2 cup iced lemon tea.
1/2 cup apple juice.
Directions:
Fill a 16 oz glass 3/4 full of ice and add other ingredients. Mix well.
Yield:

Blended Cherry Coke Float
Ingredients:
1 cup Elvy’s Cherry Classic Syrup.
4 cups Ice.
1 cup Vanilla Ice Cream.
12 oz. Coke or other cola.
Directions:
Fill blender with 4 cups of Ice. Pour soda and Syrups over ice, and add ice cream. Blend well.

Four 10 oz. servings.

Ingredients:
3/4 oz Elvy’s Cherry Syrup.

Fill a 12 oz glass 3/4 full of ice and add ingredients. Mix well.

Cherry Cola Granita
Ingredients:
1 (750 mL bottle) Cola Syrup.
6 oz Elvy’s Cherry Syrup.
2 oz lemon juice.
75 oz water.
Directions:
Combine ingredients in granita machine and follow manufacturer’s instructions.

Ten 16-ounce servings
Cherry Lemonade Spritzer
Ingredients:
4 teaspoons Elvy’s Cherry Syrup.
Lemon slices or berries.
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice.
1/2 cup superfine sugar.
ice cubes.
4 cups sparkling water.
Directions:
Stir together the lemon juice and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Fill four 10 ounce glasses with ice and divide the lemon mixture between them. Add a cup of sparkling water to each glass along with 1 teaspoon of syrup. Stir well and garnish with lemon slices or berries.
